Aros Castle is situated a short distance north of Salen, off the Tobermory Road (A848). The ruin is in a wonderful spot at the southern end of the Aros estate. Views from the site are excellent, across the Sound of Mull to Morvern, as well as being a fine vantage point to view up and down along the Mull coast.
