Isle of Mull

TOBERMORY 2

There are a number of places just around the corner from Tobermory that are worth a diversion. The Aros estate, on the opposite side of the bay, where a secluded loch, ruined walled gardens and shaded woods create an air of fantasy, where the chances of happening across a fairy glade seems highly probable.

Around the other end of the bay, a short walk can take you out to a light house, near which you may see the odd seal out for food.

Visitors should also look out for the odd tall ship or party of regatta boats heading off down the sound.

The photos on this site were taken with a variety of simple cameras, and are not intended to be of artistic value. The site has been put together to reflect the things I have found most captivating about the Island, and I hope you find something in it that you can also connect to. If you would like to use any of the images, please feel free, though I would appreciate it if you could give this site credit for the image, and if appropriate, provide a link to us.
